Breza & Associates was founded by Scott M. Breza, Esquire in 2002 in Towson, Maryland. After spending many years with larger firms litigating commercial and real estate matters, Mr. Breza started the firm with one attorney and one staff member. Over the past six years the firm has grown, and now Breza & Associates has a diverse staff handling all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation. Recently, Mr. Breza decided to move his firm to Hunt Valley, Maryland.

     Mr. Breza and his dedicated team take on the challenge of many cases in the field of law. Although they concentrate in real estate matters, they also frequently handle foreclosure cases, collections, and other types of civil litigation. We serve clients throughout the entire state of Maryland, and also do business in Washington, DC.

      As an adjunct to the firm, we offer title services throughout the States of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington D.C. through Community Settlement Group. Mr. Breza is the Managing Principal of Community Settlement Group.
