Since our inception in 2006, Breza & Associates (“BA”) concentrates on legal advice and services to small and mid-size businesses, non-profit organizations, and community, regional and national financial institutions. Our legal services range from general corporate representation, eminent domain, commercial transactions, land use, construction, and litigation to consumer real estate transactions and settlements, loan workouts, restructures, and foreclosures.  

We have extensive experience in real estate matters which allows us to guide and represent our clients in related bankruptcy and judicial litigation, including title claims. Additionally, we oversee title closings  throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, through our affiliated title company, Community Settlement Group (“CSG”). We can also coordinate real estate closings throughout the United States with the assistance of affiliated title groups and National Underwriting teams.
